This 6 Week Kids Yoga series is an opportunity for little ones to learn mindfulness skills, self-regulation, and move their bodies! They will also begin understanding the importance of consistency and routine as every class will start and end the same way. This promotes a sense of safety so we can begin to let go and be present. The class will consist of play based yoga postures and short mindfulness meditation practices. This class if for kids ages 4-8.
