Compassion Workshop Session Three

COMPASSION IN RELATIONSHIP

In this 1.5 hour workshop you will learn ways to actively bring compassion into your relationships. This may be family, colleagues, or more distant relationships such as people of another political party. You will learn how to steer away from common traps such as blame, resentment, and anger through utilizing mindfulness practice, acceptance strategies, and tools in compassionate boundary setting. We practice strategies of accepting things outside of our control, and from there choose how to respond in line with our values.
